Help Shape ALP Unlocked 2027

Planning for ALP Unlocked 2027 is underway, and we're looking for your ideas.

Whether you'd like to present a session, recommend a speaker, or simply suggest a topic you'd like to see covered, we want to hear from you.

ALP Unlocked 2027 takes place February 22–25, 2027, in Boston, Massachusetts, and our goal is to build an educational program that addresses the real-world opportunities and challenges facing independent lodging professionals.

While ALP may occasionally invite speakers directly, the vast majority of sessions are selected from ideas submitted through this process. If you have a session you'd like us to consider, completing this form is the best way to ensure it is reviewed by the Conference Committee during program development.

Even if you've spoken at past ALP events or have already discussed an idea with an ALP staff member, committee member, or Board member, we encourage you to submit the form.

We're looking for practical, educational content that attendees can apply to their businesses.

Know someone who would be a great fit for ALP Unlocked? We welcome recommendations for lodging professionals, industry experts, consultants, and other hospitality leaders who can provide valuable insights.

Is there a challenge you're facing? A trend you'd like to learn more about? A question you think the industry should be discussing?

A Few Things to Know

• All sessions must be 100% educational—no sales pitches 
• Presenters are not compensated and must register for the conference as a lodging professional or exhibitor. 
• Not all proposals or suggestions will be selected—we build the agenda based on balance, quality, and feedback from previous events. 
• Sessions should provide practical takeaways and actionable ideas.
