June 5, 2025 — The Association of Lodging Professionals (ALP) is excited to announce a bold new identity for its annual conference and marketplace. As of June 5, our premier event has a new name: ALP Unlocked, with the tagline “The Key to Independent Lodging Innovation.”
The new name reflects ALP’s commitment to empowering independent lodging professionals by unlocking new ideas, industry connections, and strategies for success. It’s also a nod to the doors we open every day — both literally and figuratively — in the world of hospitality.
“ALP Unlocked represents more than a name change — it’s a renewed focus on what makes this industry so powerful: connection, creativity, and constant learning,” said ALP CEO Sarah Gazi. “We’re opening doors to the tools and conversations that help independent lodging professionals thrive.”
ALP Unlocked 2026 will take place March 2–5, 2026 at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown in Cleveland, Ohio. Known for its cultural vibe, food scene, and friendly charm, Cleveland - the birthplace of rock and roll - will serve as a dynamic backdrop for this next evolution of the ALP experience.
Stay tuned for more details in the coming months — including the call for presenters, exhibitor and sponsor opportunities, and registration information.
For now, mark your calendars and get ready to turn the key and rock your next level of success.
