ALP Launches "ALP Hospitality Huddles"

ALP Launches "ALP Hospitality Huddles"

Peer-to-Peer Learning from the Comfort of Your Home or Office!

Discover the ultimate learning experience, right from the comfort of your home or office! ALP Hospitality Huddles are your gateway to engaging, monthly 1-hour educational web conferences, connecting members across the country.

For a whole year, immerse yourself in insightful discussions on diverse topics relevant to the independent lodging industry. These ALP Hospitality Huddles, comprising 5-7 individuals from varying experience levels, roles, and regions, promise a diversity of perspectives and knowledge.

While ALP ensures a skilled facilitator for discussions, the real magic lies in YOU - sharing, teaching, and learning from your peers. This program is designed to be your hub for education, networking, and building a thriving community throughout the year!

Peers are your most valuable assets, and this initiative bridges the gap, fostering a culture of exchanging ideas, sharing best practices, and nurturing connections.

ALP Hospitality Huddles will be scheduled each month based on the availability of the group. Huddles kick off in January 2024, so seize this opportunity and secure your spot now and spread the word! We must receive your form by December 20 in order to get everyone placed into a group and schedule the January kickoff meetings.

Active ALP lodging professional membership is required to participate. We encourage even seasoned lodging professionals to sign up. Never stop learning and/or sharing your knowledge!

We are also looking for a facilitator for each ALP Hospitality Huddle. The number of facilitators needed will be determined based on sign-ups. Facilitators can be Allied Partners or veteran lodging professionals. Facilitators are not expected to be experts in all areas. The goal of the facilitator is to keep discussions on track, manage time, and encourage participation. To express interest in a facilitator role, please email Sarah Gazi at ceo@alplodging.org.
