Seeking High Performance Innkeeper (or innkeeping couple) at the #5 rated BnB in the country.  The ideal candidate (couple) is someone with a passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence.  Candidates should possess a love of people, exemplary hospitality skills, strong management skills and an interest in running a successful inn.  Applicants must be non-smokers, physically fit, warm, friendly, hardworking, and have strong culinary skills.  You will handle all guests’ requests, check-ins/check-outs, breakfast, yardwork, reservations, laundry, and room flips (or just limited room flips, if you prefer that we outsource part of the cleaning).  Basic computer, financial, and maintenance skills are essential. This is not a shift position but rather a life choice.  Compensation includes a competitive base salary with bonus structure, 21 days paid vacation and excellent innkeeper’s quarters.  The property is a five-room luxury BnB located in historic Galena, IL, the #2 tourist destination in Illinois.
