We are a 5-room B&B 10 minutes outside of Newberg in Oregon’s Wine Country looking to add a Full-Time Assistant Innkeeper to our team (so that the Innkeeper can work less hours.)  For 17 years, we’ve built our business on our amazing views, gourmet breakfasts, and knowledgeable innkeepers.  We are looking for a flexible person learn our service style, business, and the local wine industry while working with our small staff.  That means the you will become a Jill (or Jack)-of-all-trades, learning to cook and serve our breakfasts, some housekeeping and gardening, check in, guest services and B&B business basics. Must work as part of a team and solo as scheduling demands. Experience is good, but we are willing to train. There is room for growth here even though (or because?) we are small.
