Seeking an energetic, service-oriented Innkeeper/Marketing Manager to join us immediately at Chautauqua, NY Resorts. We are a charming literary themed inn, open year-round enjoying two seasons. The 9-week summer season with world class speakers during the day and entertainment every night in the Amphitheater. We have marketing ideas and strategies for the right person to implement, attract and retain guests. Manage the property’s physical condition, including regular inspections.  Coordinate meals, including breakfast and dinner, and high standards of cleanliness, safety, aesthetics and customer service. Handle guest inquiries, sales, reservations, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
