We are seeking an Inn Manager/Event Sales Manager for our beautiful 13-room historic Inn located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. It is a boutique inn set on a large property including the manor house and cottages. Weddings and other events are also held on property. On site, live-in accommodation is available. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years hospitality experience as a Head Innkeeper, General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager as well as solid wedding and event sales experience. This is a hands-on management position overseeing all aspects of managing a boutique inn including but not limited to: sales, operations management – including managing staff, administrative duties. Guest services and satisfaction is our number one priority.  Competitive salary offered including commission for wedding sales.
