Nestled in the serene setting of the Green Mountains, this beautifully renovated 1850s home on a quiet country road surrounded by gorgeous perennial gardens offers a peaceful retreat from the rush of everyday life. Just minutes away, the shops, artisans and marvelous restaurants of Warren and Waitsfield await you.

A four seasons destination, the B&B is located just one mile from Sugarbush’s ski and golf resort – adjacent to its Robert Trent Jones, Sr. championship golf course, and 7 miles from Mad River Glen, America's only cooperatively owned major ski area. The Catamount Ski Trail crosses through our property which is ideal for back country skiing and snowshoeing. There are also two nearby Nordic ski areas with extensive groomed trails.

For your summer pleasure we are just a short distance from hiking on the famous Vermont Long Trail and the nearby rivers beckon with kayak trips and fly-fishing opportunities. You can get a good work-out on the extensive network of mountain biking trails in the area. A very popular activity is being taken up soaring by an experienced pilot from the Warren-Sugarbush gliding airport. And much more…

The B&B provides an excellent base for exploring the many attractions and activities of central Vermont during all seasons of the year. The 9 guestrooms each have gas fireplaces, A/C, free phone calls & excellent WiFi along with large ensuite bathrooms with jetted tubs and/or steam showers. You will enjoy comfort, hospitality and delicious served breakfasts at our classic Vermont B&B.

You can relax in three large common rooms, two with wood burning fireplaces. The library has a pool table, and the Sun Room has a large HD TV. Enjoy a wide selection of movies and games.

Then outside there are perennial gardens providing color and peaceful relaxation during all the warmer months of the year. There are four ponds, fountains, two gazebos, Adirondack Chairs and even a hammock!

West Hill House B&B is also an ideal spot for elopements, weddings up to 50 guests, business retreats, and most especially a place to come and relax.
