The purpose of this questionnaire is to give the ALP Leadership Development Committee information about you as a member who is interested in being part of making this organization and our industry the best it can be by volunteering for a committee as well as the potential to play a leadership role in the ALP organization.

Please note that some committees may be full at the time of your application but we will do our best to place you where your unique skill sets will be most valuable.
