Awaited helps inns and B&Bs know their guests before they arrive. A friendly trip planner, not an AI chatbot, sits on the inn's website and in its booking confirmation email. Visitors answer a few quick questions and get ideas for their stay, and the inn gets their email address with permission, so it can invite them back to book direct. Each morning of the stay, every guest gets their own customized one-page paper with their weather, their plans, a local story, and photos of the inn and town. Each month, the inn gets a simple one-page report showing how many people used the trip planner, what they were interested in, and how many new emails it collected. No app and no texting.
